Journey of the Huztl parts: from China to all over the world

From a small screw, gasket to complete chainsaw parts kit and power head, all these items start their journey to over 80 countries around the world from huztl warehouse. QZ01 is Huztl’s central parts warehouse for Europe, USA and most of the other countries in the world. It’s also a field for Huztl chainsaw assembly .Let's took a look behind the scenes of the logistics center.

Small and large parts alike are picked in the replacement part packaging area of our warehouse. There are over 100,000 parts stored here.

All parts are carefully picked from the storage racks by our employees. Each customer’s parts are collected by the separate containers, no matter how small the parts is, it won’t be confused or missed.  

Individual boxes weighing over 50 kilograms filled with cylinder kit, guide bars, or chainsaw kits can only be picked with the help of a vacuum lifter. Each year, thousands tons of parts are packaged by our employees. All parts are packaged in a large hall, specific to each customer. The trucks are loaded in the shipping area. Each year, over 50,000 packages and parcels are sent by transporters via land, sea and air.

We also have the plan to build our own warehouse at USA and Europe, so that we can offer even more quick delivery for our customers.
